Roles and responsibilities

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹5,000 – ₹9,000 per month.

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: Below 10th
• Comfortable with Compliance, MS Excel, Customer acquisition, Financial products
• Basic English
