You will be paid ₹2,500 – ₹3,500 per month.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing speed, Complaint handling, Hindi and English and Verbal communication
• No English required
