Roles and responsibilities

As a Pick Up Executive, your work will include:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month.
