We Are Hiring An Executive Assistant For Ceo Office Call Handling, Client Coordination, Whatsapp Follow-Ups, And Daily Reporting. Candidate Will Attend And Filter Incoming Calls, Understand Urgency, Qualify New Enquiries, Coordinate With Sales/Accounts/Operations/Site Teams, Maintain Call Logs, And Escalate Only Important Matters To The Ceo.Must Have Excellent Hindi And English Communication, Strong Phone Etiquette, Good Follow-Up Discipline, Basic Excel/Google Sheets Knowledge, And A Responsible, High-Ownership Attitude. This Is Not A Basic Receptionist Job. Extended Availability Is Required For Urgent Business Calls And Coordination. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Email etiquette, Record keeping, MS Office, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and well spoken

What you will do

• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
