Coco Playhouse is looking for a Front Desk Manager to join its team in Motera, Ahmedabad. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Office, Basic accounting, Data entry, Record keeping
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and detail-oriented

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

• Location: Motera, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
• Shift: 11 AM - 10 PM | Monday to Sunday. One week off from monday to thursday
• Interview: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday to Friday
