Operate Document Scanners To Digitalize The Papersperform Quality Checks On Scanned Images For Clarity, Completeness, And Accuracy.Follow Data Privacy And Confidentiality Guidelines.Meet Daily Productivity And Quality Targets.Collaborate With Team Members And Report Progress To Supervisors.Basic Computer Skills And Knowledge Of Document Manage.

What the job involves

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with MS Office, Typing, Record keeping, Email etiquette
