Colard Life Science is looking for a Pharmaceutical Telesales Executive to join its team in Sector-39, Chandigarh. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹30,000/month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Inbound, Outbound and Sales
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• You are customer-first and patient

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
