What you will do

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Documentation, MS Excel, Compliance, KYC
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹26,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
