Day-to-day work

As a Purchase Executive, your work will include:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Handling Invoices, Internet Surfing, Procurement, Quotation Management, Record Management

Compensation
