Colrina Fashion Private Limited is looking for an Hr & Vendor Management Executive to join its team in kheda, Ahmedabad. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. Identify And Coordinate With Vendors For Office And Factory Requirements. Handle Employee And Vendor Queries And Coordinate With Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Recruitment, Payroll, HRMS
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and people-oriented

Roles and responsibilities

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
