The Collection Executive Will Be Responsible For Timely Recovery Of Outstanding Dues Through Calls And Tracing. The Role Includes Regular Follow-Ups With Customers, Maintaining Accurate Collection Records, Updating Daily Reports, And Achieving Assigned Monthly Targets. The Candidate Should Handle Customers Professionally Resolve Payments. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Domestic | Languages : English, Hindi

Day-to-day work

• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English and Hindi
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
