Comett Staffing Solutions Private Limited is looking for an Assistant Store Manager (Asm) to join its team in Jakkasandra, Bengaluru. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Salary

Compensation: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What the job involves

As an Assistant Store Manager (Asm), your work will include:

• Monitor team productivity and remove bottlenecks
• Run daily operations smoothly against defined SLAs
• Prepare MIS reports and track key metrics
• Improve processes and document standard procedures
• Coordinate between vendors, customers and internal teams
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel and Inventory Management
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
