Back Office Executive

Comett Staffing Solutions Private Limited is looking for a Back Office Executive to join its team in Virugambakkam, Chennai. There are 20 open positions. Freshers can apply. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Responsible For Locating, Selecting, And Packaging Items Accurately In A Warehouse Or Fulfillment Center To Prepare Them For Shipment.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• Below 10th or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Basic accounting, Record keeping and Email etiquette
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are well spoken and dependable

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
