Manage Customer Interactions Via Chat Or Email, Resolving Queries Effectively. Provide Accurate Information, Troubleshoot Issues, And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Document All Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues To The Appropriate Teams. Languages : Hindi, English

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Hindi, English
• You are calm under pressure and patient

What you get

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
