Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi and Outbound
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Type: Outbound
• Languages: Gujarati, Marathi, Hindi, English
• You are ethical and detail-oriented

Day-to-day work

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
