Hr Intern

Conducive Management Services is looking for an Hr Intern to join its team in Sector 63 - Noida, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹10,000/month. 25 candidates will be hired for this internship.

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, Recruitment, Payroll, HRMS
• Female Only

Your responsibilities

In this internship, you will:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.

Pay and perks

The salary for this internship is ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
