Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite( Excel, Word), Professional Attitude And Appearance. Provide Basic And Accurate Information About Dance Course & Class Timings In-Person And Via Phone.Calls To Customers To Follow Up, New Student Enrolment, And Dropout Prevention, Preparing Fee Receipts And Collecting Payments On Schedule. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Basic accounting, Data entry and Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and detail-oriented

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
