Coninfra Machinery Pvt Ltd is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Sanand, Ahmedabad. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month.

A Highly Organized And Detail-Oriented Professional With Strong Cross-Functional Communication Skills. Demonstrates Ownership, Proactive Follow-Through, And The Ability To Coordinate Across Office And Factory Operations On Behalf Of The Director. Reliable In Managing Priorities, Ensuring Tasks Are Executed Accurately And On Time. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

What you get

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Typing, Basic accounting, Data entry, Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and detail-oriented
