Purchase Executive Key Responsibilities- Manage End-To-End Purchase Of Gloves From India & Malaysia, Packaging And Office Supplies.- Plan Purchases, Monitor Stock And Ensure Timely Availability.- Develop And Manage New & Existing Vendors Negotiate Rates And Terms.- Source Samples, Quotations And Certifications.- Prepare Pos And Ensure Timely Delivery And Po Closure.- Coordinate Malaysia Imports, Shipping, Cha And Documentation.- Follow Up On Consignments, Shortages And Delays.- Maintain Purchase, Vendor, Po And Import Records.- Coordinate With Management, Accounts, Warehouse & Sales.- Focus On Cost Optimisation, Alternate Vendors And Uninterrupted Supply. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Procurement | Skills Needed : Email

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• You will coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
