Continental Express is looking for a Debt Recovery Agent to join its team in Andheri East, Mumbai. The team is filling 5 vacancies. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.

Salary

You will be paid ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Customer acquisition, Compliance, Documentation and MS Excel
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, ethical attitude
