Customer Support Executive For Coolbaby Toys. Candidate Will Learn Product Fitting, Electronics, Battery, Plastic & Steel Parts. Work Includes Delivery Confirmation Calls, Helping Customers With Assembly, Sharing Fitting Videos, Solving Issues, Coordinating Spare Parts Dispatch, And Handling Customers In Hindi & English. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

Day-to-day work

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You'll prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• A target-driven, self-motivated attitude

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
