Responsibilities: Welcome And Assist Guests Professionally.Handle Check-Ins And Check-Outs.Manage Reservations And Guest Inquiries.Answer Phone Calls And Emails.Coordinate With Housekeeping And Other Departments.Maintain Guest Records And Billing Procedures.

What you will do

As a Front Office Assistant, your work will include:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
