Make Outbound Calls To Potential Customers To Promote Health Insurance Policies. Understand Customer Needs And Recommend Suitable Health Insurance Plans. Follow Up On Leads And Convert Them Into Successful Sales. Explain Policy Features, Benefits, Premiums, And Terms Clearly. Handle Customer Queries And Resolve Basic Concerns. Type : Sales | Languages : Hindi, English

What you will do

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
