What the job involves

As a Collection Executive / Officer Inbo..., your work will include:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali, English, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu
• Good English
