Day-to-day work

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹26,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, Outbound
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
