Credforce Management Services Pvt Ltd (AK MANAGEMENT) wants to bring on a Collection Officer for its Dhakuria, Kolkata team. 12 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹18,000/month.

Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You'll source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Documentation, KYC, Financial products, Customer acquisition
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹9,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
