Collection Telecaller

Credforce Management Services Pvt Ltd (AK MANAGEMENT) is looking for a Collection Telecaller to join its team in Dhakuria, Kolkata. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month. 12 candidates will be hired for this role.

Day-to-day work

As a Collection Telecaller, your work will include:

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹9,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, KYC, Customer acquisition and Financial products
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An ethical, persuasive attitude
