Key responsibilities

As a Senior Telecaller, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Active listening, CRM tools, Verbal communication, Hindi and English
• Female Only
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A polite, patient attitude
