Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing speed, Verbal communication, Complaint handling and CRM tools
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are patient and polite

Salary

Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
