Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Skills: Typing speed, CRM tools, Verbal communication, Complaint handling
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone patient and customer-first

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹9,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
