Collection Associate

Credgenics Debt Resolution Platform is looking for a Collection Associate to join its team in MG Road - Gurgaon, Delhi. 30 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹28,000/month.

What you get

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

As a Collection Associate, your work will include:

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• You'll manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Compliance, KYC, MS Excel and Documentation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
