Debt Collection Specialist

Credhas Technologic Private Limited is looking for a Debt Collection Specialist to join its team in Jhajjar. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Salary

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You'll source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Documentation, Financial products, MS Excel and KYC
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and trustworthy
