The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Generating Leads, Understanding Customer Requirements, Explaining Loan Products, Collecting Documents, And Ensuring Smooth Loan Processing. Salary

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
