Creed Finance is looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join its team in Magarpatta Road, Pune. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. There are 15 open positions.

Day-to-day work

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Skills and qualifications

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali, Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Inbound, International and Kannada
• Basic English
