The Role Involves Contacting Potential Customers, Explaining Credit Card Features And Benefits, And Guiding Them Through The Application Process. Candidates Should Have Strong Communication Skills, As Per Interview Salary. Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
