Crossford Healthcare Is Hiring Experienced Marketing Executives For Its Pharma Division. Candidates Should Have 12 Years Of Experience In Marketing Or Sales, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry. Strong Communication, Client Handling, Lead Generation, And Sales Skills Are Required. Candidates Must Be Target-Oriented And Capable Of Building St. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Verbal communication, Hindi and English, Active listening, Typing speed
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A calm under pressure, customer-first attitude

Your responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
