CRY- Child Rights and You is hiring a Field Collection Executive in Kalikapur, Kolkata. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 9 candidates will be hired for this role.

Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

What you get

Compensation: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Active listening, Complaint handling, Verbal communication and Hindi and English
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone polite and patient
