Field Collection Executive

CRY- Child Rights and You is looking for a Field Collection Executive to join its team in Kalikapur, Kolkata. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month. 11 candidates will be hired for this role.

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Customer handling, Lead generation, Negotiation and Presentation
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone persuasive and target-driven

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
