The Role Involves Calling Donors, Explaining Ngo Projects, And Generating Funds Through Telephonic Conversations.Make Outbound Calls To Donors Explain Ngo Cause And Campaigns Clearly Convince Donors To Support Through Contributions Maintain Call Records And Daily Reports Achieve Daily. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound, Sales | Languages : Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, English | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Bengali, English, Hindi, Kannada, Outbound, Real Estate, Sales, Tamil
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
