Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

As a Ngo Telecalling & Fundraising, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

What we are looking for

• Comfortable with Bengali, Domestic, English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Outbound, Real Estate
