Your responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Bengali, Domestic, Tamil
• No English required
• Freshers can apply

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹11,000 – ₹19,000 per month.
