We Are Hiring Telecallers For Cry (Child Rights And You) To Support Fundraising And Donor Engagement Activities. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Calling Potential Donors, Explaining The Ngos Mission, And Encouraging Contributions To Support Childrens Education And Welfare. Type : Outbound, Sales, Mutual Funds | Languages : Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, English | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
