We Are Looking For A Proactive And Professionally Skilled Hr & Placement Coordinator To Manage Daily Institute Operations, Employee Coordination, Recruitment Activities, And Student Placement Processes.The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Handling In-House Administration, Maintaining Operational Records, Coordinating With Trainers And Students, Managing Recruitment Processes, Sourcing Hiring Companies, And Building Professional Relationships With Hrs And Recruiters From It Companies For Student Placements And Interview Opportunities.The Role Also Includes Scheduling Interviews, Tracking Placement Activities, Managing Reports Through Google Sheets, And Ensuring Students Are Professionally Prepared With Resumes, Linkedin Profiles, Portfolios, And Interview Readiness.

Your responsibilities

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
