We Are Looking For A Dynamic And Result-Oriented Admission Counselor To Join Our Software Training Institute. The Primary Responsibility Is To Handle All Student Inquiries And Convert Them Into Admissions Through Effective Counseling, Follow-Up, And Relationship Building. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, A Persuasive Person. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Target achievement, CRM, Lead generation, Local market knowledge
