Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. Record Management, Internet Surfing, Basic Excel

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Skills and qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Internet Surfing and Record Management
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
