Dangi Recruitment is looking for an Hr Executive to join its team in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Screening, Labour law basics, Recruitment, HRMS
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
