We Are Looking For A Smart, Disciplined, And Proactive Operations & Hr Coordinator Who Can Manage Daily Staff Coordination, Operations Reporting, Attendance, Hiring Process, Customer Follow-Ups, Inventory Tracking, And Office Coordination Smoothly. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

As an Hr Admin Executive, your work will include:

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Labour law basics, Screening and MS Excel
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confidential and good communicator
