The Telecaller For Personal Loan Sales Is Responsible For Contacting Potential And Existing Customers To Promote Personal Loan Products. The Role Involves Explaining Loan Features, Checking Eligibility, Collecting Customer Details, And Convincing Them To Apply For A Personal Loan.

Skills and qualifications

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Active listening, Hindi and English, Complaint handling and CRM tools
• Basic English

• Someone calm under pressure and customer-first

What the job involves

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

The salary for this role is ₹13,000 – ₹17,500 per month.
