Account Assistant

Dci wants to bring on an Account Assistant for its Ghatkopar East, Mumbai team. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Preparing Proforma Invoices/ Invoices. Sending Purchase Orders. Processing The Orders. Export - Import Documentation. English Fluency Is A Must.Word, Excel, Internet Knowledge Is Necessary. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, TDS, Accounts payable and GST
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are numerate and organised

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹21,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns.
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
