Collection Executive

Dealz Management Technologies Private Limited is looking for a Collection Executive to join its team in Jhandewalan, Delhi. 30 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Salary

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
